Maui Girl is a local island brand, and we are mindful of our impact on the environment. Our Studio Makawao collection is hand made in small batches by our master craftswoman. All of our design samples are developed and sewn on Maui, and our off island manufacturing is based in California.

Maui Girl’s Return Policy includes exchanges and store credit, however we do not offer refunds. Store credit can be redeemed for up to one year from the date the order was shipped.

An item can be exchanged for a different size, or exchanged for a different item. If there is a price difference, there may be a balance due when processing an exchange.

Custom suits that are made to order are a final purchase, and are not eligible for returns.

Once the package is received on Maui, an exchange will be processed. Items must be unworn, in mint condition, with both tags and hygienic liners attached. Suits with make-up or sunscreen stains will not be eligible for a return.

Maui Girl does not cover the cost of return shipping for online purchases that need to be exchanged or returned. In most cases, suits are light enough to be sent as First Class mail via the United States Postal Service back to the island.

Because of Maui Girl’s location in the Hawaiian islands, overnight and express shipping are not available. We ship online orders via USPS Priority Mail, which ships in 3 to 6 days depending on the zip code.
