SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days*.

Maui Girl will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is needed for credit verification.

*Note: Orders placed on Fridays after 5 PM HST or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

Our hours of operation are Monday–Friday, and we’re closed on all major holidays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

 

Please note:

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are refused or unclaimed by the recipient.

Maui Girl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Once a package is confirmed delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

FREE – USPS 2–5 Day Priority Mail Shipping to the Continental U.S., Hawaii, and Alaska for orders over $190+

$10 – USPS 2–5 Day Priority Mail Shipping for orders under $190

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

$45* – USPS Priority Mail International (Estimated 6–10 business days)

*If additional international postage costs are required at the time of mailing, we’ll email you for approval before processing the extra charge.

By placing an international order, the customer agrees to pay all taxes, customs duties, and import fees charged by the destination country.

Packages processed through customs may take extra time, so please factor this in when estimating your delivery date.

Maui Girl is not responsible for these additional costs or delays.
